just last year i saw a post about the My Lai massacre (it was the anniversary date) on reddit-logo and libs in the comments were calling it russian propaganda deeper-sadness

specifically, they were saying it was russian bots posting US atrocities to make russia seem comparatively less evil in their invasion of ukraine
