MODERATORS
Kellogg developed corn flakes as a deliberately bland food to stifle people's libido in his weirdo health resorts. It is worth reading up on, or catch the episode of the Behind the Bastards podcast on Kellogg, aptly named "The Great American Cum Doctor".
Lol wtf. I love that podcast though so I'll check it out.
There's also a great movie about this called The Road To Wellville.
