Hopefully this just ends up being another nothingburger like last time there was talk about a Ukrainian dirty bomb several months ago.

You mean like when Ukraine claimed Russia put explosives on that dam that now is gone?

No I mean when there was talk about a dirty bomb several months ago. The dam wasn't a nothingburger, hence why I didn't reference it??
