I've been to some weird places online and seen some shit but I have no idea what whale juice is. This is cause for alarm.
I think it's just an RFK reference? When he cut off a fuckin whale's head and strapped it to his roof.
Added context because it's even weirder than that (also CW: gore, and general ickiness) . He cut it off with a fucking chainsaw he just had laying around in his minivan. A minivan that also contained his family at the time. After it was strapped to the roof of the van, his family had to cover themselves up with tarps or garbage bags (can't remember which) because anytime he would hit the breaks "whale juice" would splash into the vehicle, soaking them in the whale's decaying remains
