Sadly, the FDA shut down that loophole about a year ago. You could probably still find them somewhere online, but buying fish tank antibiotics from Chewy, for example, is no longer a thing.
I have been a type 1 diabetic for 20 years. When it comes to this point I am jumping over that counter and raiding that itty bitty refrigerator back there. There is nothing stopping me. If someone does, then good, do us both a favor and put me out of my misery. But I am stealing those vials. After ~48 hours without insulin your body starts failing. You will go into a coma.
