It's not meaning. It's just a mechanism. It's the canvas to what we do and ascribe meaning to.

Then again, our "meaning" might simply be a mechanism to another system

Yeah, blocked hexbear too.

Those people are absolutely fucking unhinged and do not engage in any sort of good faith argument.

After one round, I got name called, after round two asking for clarification, I just left.

Time is precious, the squirrels in my yard are more coherent than these chucklefucks.

Hell, even two crows would be better

No one is saying don't make thrilling drama. But there's a wildly successful British baking show that proves wholesome works too.

Instead of defaulting to cynicism and worshipping money/power, let's make some thrilling drama that don't involve shitty rich people.

I bet you watching rich fuckers eat shit would sell very well given the current climate of neo-feudalism

Not necessarily. Smart people have interesting lives too.

You don't lose a character arc just because you have more than two brain cells

Please rephrase - so that we may appropriately firebomb or praise this post.

It's currently ambiguous which side this statement supports.

Thank you.

The goons in John Wick have more credibility than cops. I'd love a franchise where it's just John Wick gunning down these IRL goons and knock it off with this thin blue line propaganda horseshit

I do agree with and appreciate the nuance, it's clear from your careful wording you understand conservatism by definition doesn't have a cause to stand for, hence reactionary. It's apt in a good faith discussion.

My problem is supplying ammunition for bad faith discussion. Like what "libertarians" are to conservatives. They'll claim they're not conservatives, they're just libertarians. All the while supporting the same goals with a different name.

Just call it what it is. It's fascist. It's the fascist party. All of these - afd, maga, same unimaginative shit.

Inventing new terms is what these fuckers want. Remind them they're not new and been wrong before.
