The problem with rcs is that it needs to work without a data connection like sms. For that to work, every single mobile operator needs to support it and route it. For that to work they need to work together. The problem is they don't and there are different implementations, some don't support it at all. Even when they do, the phone needs to support it. Google is now at a point where they have rcs capable messaging on every recent Android version. Apple is now also integrating rcs into iOS. They are circumventing the operator problem by enabling rcs over wifi or your subscription data. But that's a workaround, because it requires data, while sms just requires a cellphone signal. Until operators start working together to enable and relay rcs messages, Google and Apple habe the monopoly by having rcs routed directly to their messaging apps over the internet instead of directly to the device like sms does.

I like human competition. I have my doubts about human team mates, because some of them are total noobs. I can barely tolerate class based teams, and I hate playing medic with a passion, because no one appreciates the medic.

Where I personally draw the line is effing building shit in FPS games..Who the hell ever thought that up? I'm running around shooting people, I don't want to erect a freaking shed with a staircase in the middle of nowhere so I can freak out and hide in it like a scared rat.

Same here, only LinkedIn is left and that is pretty boring so it doesn't cost me much time to check. Sometimes there is a hint of FOMO, but in general I'm really glad I'm not comparing myself to fake happy people or being targeted by crappy ads. Also, there's all the time I get back. I love it.

Russia has repeatedly promised not to invade Ukraine, right up to the point where they did. First in 2014, then in 2020. There is no use signing any kind of treaty with a government like that, or else the Ukrainian people are going to go through this again in a couple of years.
