Tomcat 7.x is considered "fairly new" in my current company. Log4j didn't hit us because the libraries we used were ~~too old~~ stable.

Is it just me or are many independent search engines down? Duckduckgo, my go to engine, qwant, ecosia, startpage... All down? The only hint I got was on the qwant page...

Edit: it all seems to be related to bing being down. I hope the independent engines will find a way to get really independent...

I'd like to start developing a board game I love playing. There's an iOS implementation of it, but none for android. I don't even know where to start and which principles I could possibly follow. I've been working as a (business) software dev for the last 20 years, so I have some clue about programming.

I don't want to care too much about the graphics, it's the computer opponents and the game rules I am interested in.

No language constraint ;-)

The guy I asked at the restaurant was the owner. The prints were donated by his parents in law, they used to have a restaurant in Italy some 30 years ago. He already investigated on the artist himself ...

I have seen two (IMHO) incredibly cool prints in a restaurant recently. I asked the host about the artist, unfortunately he had no idea.

The style is pretty unique, so I believe the artist created more than just these two. Is there any community that could help me find her/him?

It would be nice to store settings (like post layout, nsfw stuff and so on) per account. I have three accounts for different purposes, this would make handling simpler.

Gimp will save all layer information plus undo plus other stuff in its own format. Export does what you want. I don't know Adobe products, but I could imagine Photoshop doesn't save to jpeg as default.

Why are you using Linux and Android in the first place?

I'd like to relax people around me, make them happy and communicative. Imagine entering public transport during rush hour, and all of a sudden, everyone around you puts away the phone and people start to talk to eachother, with a smile on their face.
