What is a "terrorist attack" when you're at war? Who were the "good guys" in the Syrian Civil war? Surely the US didn't harm any civilians during that conflict, right?

That other guy should be in prison though

Projection is an ego defense mechanism where someone denies a negative aspect of their own personality or behavior and instead accuses someone else of being that way.

An example is someone who's guilty of something may attempt to blame others for being guilty of that thing. This is mostly an unconscious thought process, people who do it on purpose aren't projecting

You said this makes you "irrationally angry" and then went on to explain a rationale behind why it makes you angry. I just want to note that's pretty much the same misuse of a term as the one you're complaining about.

When and where has that happened to you on here? Let's be clear, there are always going to be individual bad actors, but outside of .ml and hexbear, that has not been a trend I've observed.

I should add there's a 3rd category of people I've encountered who have DID: people who have therapists who convinced them they have DID. We've definitely recommended some people terminate toxic relationships with therapists.

The psychological term "projection" means something totally different. What you're describing doesn't sound like any mental health condition I'm aware of

Mental health clinician here. Everyone I've ever encountered with a DID diagnosis or who claimed to have multiple personalities instead had either PTSD or Borderline Personality Disorder or both. I genuinely believe DID does not exist as a standalone diagnosis.

People who think they have DID often respond well to Dialectical Behavior Therapy and/or trauma therapy, depending on their specific needs, which are the primary treatments for BPD and PTSD, respectively.

Why is it off center 😨

Not if you put hardware cloth in front of the screen

This is the hardest projection I've ever seen. So very hard

Some of the proposed laws rejected by Abbott, including a ban on hemp products containing THC, will be the focus of a special legislative session he has called for July 21.

"I've got to get Israel to calm down now," Trump said as he left the White House. "Israel, as soon as we made the deal, they came out and they dropped a load of bombs, the likes of which I've never seen before, the biggest load that we've seen. They've been fighting so long and so hard that they don't know what the fuck they're doing."

In The Who's musical Tommy, Pinball Wizard was sung by Elton John

"Gwen" means "white" in a variety of Celtic languages

"City" in common. Incredible performance of an incredible song.

Like the 13th Floor Elevators, Grupo Fantasma is from Austin, TX. Also, they're covering a song from over 15 years prior
