The calving referred to here as a tourist attraction has been happening for centuries as part of the natural outflow of the glacier, and tourism hasn't had any direct impact on it.

Climate change is definitely affecting this glacier and every glacier though. There's a realistic point in the not too distant future where there are no more glaciers.

Projection is an ego defense mechanism where someone denies a negative aspect of their own personality or behavior and instead accuses someone else of being that way.

An example is someone who's guilty of something may attempt to blame others for being guilty of that thing. This is mostly an unconscious thought process, people who do it on purpose aren't projecting

You said this makes you "irrationally angry" and then went on to explain a rationale behind why it makes you angry. I just want to note that's pretty much the same misuse of a term as the one you're complaining about.
