The steps are:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure i2pOnce qbittorrent has stable I2P support, then blocking sites like megaup and 1fichier will be completely useless. People will just download I2P and qbittorent, find a tracker on the darknet, and start downloading.
Wouldn't surprise me if we were to see the rise of emule,DC++, and similar stuff over I2P.

This is only news because it's an AI car. Were it a human, it would be a youtube video with a title "stupid drivers". Nobody would be calling to "regulate human drivers" or "ban all human drivers from driving cars".
