Not really. I've been geocaching and that's pretty much a free hobby. Hiking and birdwatching is pretty much free too. There are plenty of free hobbies out there.

Yes, I'm well aware. I just like the user contributions part of Waze it's like google maps but aimed for driving
I will bring this up again like I did my last post concerning Hertz.
While I was in Albuquerque, NM getting off the Amtrak train, I reserved our rental car from their website and went to the nonexistent address with no phone number or anything. After half an hour we called another Hertz and they basically told us to piss off and call the location we booked the car. I have few brands that I boycott and now they will be Nestle products (and sub companies) and Hertz.
Government efficiency at its finest
It all depends where you live too. In my socal area, once you're in an area where there dense population then there will be dive shops with clubs or regular events
This is kinda heartwarming to see. Today I just used Subsurface to upload my dive logs to my phone and the process was great. The video tutorials even helped a bit.
Although, the cloud account registering didn't work for me so I guess I'll just upload it to my protondrive and upload it to my computer this way.
Yeah I'm doing an AOW course right now and I opted out of their whatsapp group, when we met, I didn't really vibe with them so I passed up on further ideas to get their information to dive together.
So I was looking up discord groups instead. There are dive clubs around me but they cost money and I'm a cheap bastard.
I don't even see it
Worked for Trump's first term I guess. Kill people from resisting vaccinations and mandates. Then encourage people to get vaccinated.
I notice this seems to happen a lot on Shitter doesn't it?
I use waze and google maps. Although I contribute sometimes with streetcomplete and openstreetmaps, their respective android apps are dog shit at navigating. Certain hiking trails and maybe biking trails though, they might be better but for things like driving cars, traffic reports, nearby attractions, google is still superior.
Edit: fixed bad grammar
That club of yours sounds dope and worth it even if you dive only once a week.
I'm not at the point in time where I'll dive once a week since I'm busy with other aspects of my life. Thinking a few times a year though when my school is off on break.
