Melbcat is obsessed with getting up on the chair even if it hurts her to jump down. (She avoids any padding or ramps to jump full force.)

Does she remember that doing that hurts her and chooses to do it anyway? Do I just let her do it?

There’s an idea. The old boy could learn to bbq. That’s acceptably manly, right? Potato salad/slaw and bagged salad come ready to eat so the old girl won’t be expected to make sides.

I personally disliked my countertop dishwasher but if your olds are less picky than me it could help them.

(Please take your breaks)

Stupid idea which kids will get around in 5 seconds and will lock unwilling or unlucky adults out.

And they’re now expanding it to search engine logins.

It’s destroying everyone but the ones who benefit.

It seems like it’s taken such a long time for news outlets to become outwardly critical but even then it isn’t likely there’ll be any change because there’s a vested interest.

This grant is a great step, kitten season is coming

Yes Coles are price gougers and part of a duopoly so I hate recommending them.

But if the drop off part of things is a challenge at least there’s the option to use this.

Seems Yarrabyte has got on the beers?

An advocacy service over the phone for people living with opioid dependence.

Things are really bad in my area and Victoria is the only Australian state that still charges for methadone. There’s not much I can do individually but share resources and hope it helps someone.

Edit: The rules are changing for permanent residents - see article.

Temporary residents are allowed to keep using their overseas license.

Edit: Sorry, I was unclear on the message of the article and accidentally posted a misleading headline.

TL;DR: There are changes for permanent residents but temporary residents can keep using their overseas licenses.

This looks cheap and filling for the colder months. It was originally a poverty food so I’d just use whatever cheese is cheap or available.

These could stand to be more common knowledge. This is a quick skim and not an exhaustive list so check your area and see if each organisation has a service I didn’t mention.

I may edit for more info so check back.
