How would you like to go to the school councelor?

I assume it is because they have lightning immunity, and the character that he described is using primarily lightning

Yeah, its also not a binary “attractive/unattractive”. Out of those 10 people, they would be some who will find you neither attractive or unattractive, just kinda meh. And THEN add some who might find you attractive, but are either in a relationship themselves or like double or more your age.

I want that confidence back! Give it here, buddy, we dont deserve it!

Well here is your chance. Argue this issues sensibly.

I dont notice them because they are not happening, or at least because I dont see them. Can you please provide specific examples of what I am supposed to be seeing that breaks?

[-] kazakhspy@lemmy.world 6 points 1 year ago

I dont get it, can you provide some examples please? I installed windows 10 like 2 years ago on my “new” laptop. I have installed all drivers from my external hardrive. Since then I havent done anything related to drivers ever. If I plug something in, like an external screen, controller, mouse, headphones whatever, it installs itself automatically and just works. I havent done any maintenance either, except I will dust it off every other month or so. And thats pretty much the same with every PC I ever owned. What OS maintenance am I supposed to be doing? I sometimes do registry cleanup and disk defrags, but I thinks those are just placebos :D

[-] kazakhspy@lemmy.world 19 points 1 year ago

Yeah, I also dont get it. Most drivers by default are for windows. I have no idea how those people managed to get this confused on windows, of all OSs. Part of me thinks that its just linux circlejerk and bandwagon, but some of those has to be true.

I am sorry, but I dont understand where is the misinformation? The article doesnt state nor imply that JP has said that poor children deserve to die. It stated, that that particular comment was used in a complaint against him in court. So if you are upset at the people who formed the complaint then thats fair. But why be mad at the article? They only stated what has happened, unless I misunderstood?

[-] kazakhspy@lemmy.world 9 points 1 year ago

Ohh, I though the guy just misspelled scam :b

[-] kazakhspy@lemmy.world 6 points 1 year ago

Thats actually opposite for me. I remember being more conservative in my 20. I remember watching people like Amazing atheist, armored sceptic, shoe on head and some others that I dont remember. Now in my 30, I have actually softened up a lot and got more liberal views now.

Dont they need to be hovering mid air for either to happen? I am trying to imagine how would a moving portal teleport a person laying down without teleporting the ground beneath him. I think neither a or b would happen, I think they would be draggen on the ground and splattered, but if I HAVE to choose, I say A is more likely. Because they are laying and not hovering I dont think they will be launched.

I feel like people misunderstood what anon was trying to say. He doesnt mean work 7 days a week. He says pile up work, and then work weekends. So do minimum amount of work or no work on monday to friday, and then finish work on weekends. That makes it look like you are a dedicated worker who works on every weekend, when in actuality you are working less overall. I think thats the exploit anon was talking about.
