Everyone in the league can produce their own flag as an avatar. The flags are semi-permanent, but they recently held an "amnesty day" where users could submit new designs for their flag. This page compiles the new designs submitted on that day

Any more context on this image? My understanding is that AA guns are shockingly inefficient, and I'd expect a tank gun to be almost useless unless it's a specific tactical scenario.
