I said ask but I meant demand. Because right now it seems western governments are fine with not seeing any proof.
So you're saying we are better off if the EU shifts further right? Or do you mean if we shift left and stop in the center that wouldn't be good enough?
I can hear this meme lol
I didn't create the original post, but all the downvotes had already convinced me of your point.
Trump also took office with fewer than the majority of people wanting him too, it doesn't actually mean anything if you're just gonna 'not want it'
He starts to remind me of Liz Truss, afraid he won't leave office as soon as she did tho
I looked at this. There is something to be said of hosting your photos separately from your documents, but to me it doesn't seem worth the money. Anyone has a good experience with Ente / seperate photo hosting? I also hear good things about Immich by the way.
I don't want to be downvoted, but it is true people currently working for US businesses (think factories and marketing departments) will lose their jobs if a lot of people stop buying their products.
At the same time, if instead people buy similar european products and these eu companies grow they will need more people.
It is quite possible these expanding eu companies are hiring before the us companies are firing, which would increase demand for these people who could lose their job. In turn, these people could ask a higher price for their service and earn a better wage.
Also, eu companies tend to treat their workers better so even if they don't get better pay them switching jobs could give them better circumstances.
Those workers aren't really in trouble.
