Containers addon. And it has bookmarks decades old. Remove both and I wouldn't care much. I'm also more familiar with it. It feels more natural due to this. I feel more comfortable on it. More at home, less scared.

I have an addon that makes watched videos gray and adds a WATCHED tag to them. Makes it more satisfying to browse, knowing you won't get tricked into wasting time rewatching something. Now you can waste time watching NEW useless stuff.

I was fully expecting Jessica to die by the end. I was like "aaand cancer?" every couple scrolled pages. The end caught me off guard cuz she was alive and uncle too. I thought the paper bag was cancer, I thought the uncle's letter was cancer. The internet has ruined me. Lmao

found 2 problems

1. i wish to add instances that are not indexed in this db, not possible apparently.

   I can see that it depends on this API url: https://lemmy.raicuparta.com/communities.json

   maybe add a customizable api url so that I can set up my own where I clone this api url result & add my own communities?

2. whenever i set any instance as "preferred" (testing), it adds a new counter to Blocked Instances as can be seen in the image below.

to be fair you can subscribe/unsubscribe from communities. I often do this. If /c/news is too political, i unsub from /c/news, i can then go and find some other news community that posts interesting things that aren't as political

similarly, /c/technology@lemmy.world is not the only technology community out there, as is obvious, so we can go and find other things :) your feed is yours! own it! don't wait for others to fix it cuz you'll very often be dissatisfied.

I always find myself tapping J and K on lemmy and expecting it to work so thank you for making my muscle memory not go to waste! :D
