What makes it the better game for you? And I guess you played it on PCVR already?

I‘ve only played single player a while back so I can’t say much about the multiplayer yet. But the game itself feels, look, and plays very different. It’s got really nice physics and attention to detail, though, just like DoE. I decided to stop playing it, because I heard that multiplayer was coming and I didn’t want to ruin that.

Makes me happy to read this, but my guess is that’s due to the small player base. If it had gorilla tag player numbers it would certainly be a whole different story.

It’s free, so it doesn’t hurt to check it out. It’s definitely not flawless and still early in development. Also not too many people online, best if you grab a friend and check out backrooms or the winter map.

Let me know what you think of it, if you end up having a look :)

It showed up for me when tapping on "on sale" on the top of the store screen in the app. There’s a discount code that you have to use.

Not to make this sound like too much of an ad, but it’s currently 40% off until the 28th.

I actually went back to the default notes app, it’s gotten really good and I‘m getting tired of expensive subscriptions.

People seem to enjoy Bear

I’m not a big fan of VR chat or games like it. I don’t really see the point in sitting around and talking, but surprisingly I’ve been enjoying Banter, I think this is why:

  • Physics based movement (climbing, swinging, etc) is quite fun and gives me something to do while having out. Some worlds, such as backrooms, are actually fun to explore.
  • It looks decent, but more importantly: it actually performs great on Quest.

There’s definitely things to improve upon and I’m certain it won’t be for everyone, but I think it’s worth checking out.

Haha, yeah pretty unlikely

It sounds like OP is looking for a different App, not a different engine. Not sure what the actual issue is, though, maybe it is engine related.

TL;DR: ByteDance-owned Pico is undergoing significant layoffs, with conflicting reports on the number of affected employees. The company aims to restructure its focus towards hardware and core technologies, while also dealing with challenges in the VR market. (via ChatGPT)

I’ve seen some reports (including the one in the image) where referrals are capped to 10%, seems to happen after a certain amount per user per game. I’m assuming that’s there to hopefully make referral spam a little less attractive.

You can still get the 25% from other users that haven’t reached the limit yet.

TL;DR: It offers immersive cleaning experiences and unique gameplay mechanics, but it falls short in terms of visuals and lacks accompanying music. Despite its issues, it retains its charm and potential for improvement in the VR format. (via ChatGPT)

TL;DR: Vertigo 2's Bottomless Update introduces modifiers, new playable characters, and a level editor, with the update available for free on November 10 for SteamVR.

I’m curious what people are using and why
