Are you talking about a dedicated game or about using their server solution from Bonelab for echo?
That’s good to know. It’s definitely a great game to check out if possible :)
Not sure if you’re aware, Breachers is a VR game. According to Wikipedia it’s not available on Linux. I’m not even sure if Steam VR runs on Linux.
I hope they don’t entirely neglect after the fall, I know not everyone loves it but the 4 player coop is great and AS2 won’t be a direct replacement. It definitely looks great though, I’ll buy it either way.
Signal will definitely be the app I’ll migrate to if WhatsApp annoys enough people to make them want to switch.
Apple is doing the same thing in Europe as it is the US. The difference is that people in Europe switched to WhatsApp, where people in the US stayed on SMS and got used to iMessage. It’s a group dynamic problem, not a problem that Apple is forcing upon anyone or not allowing (although it could do something against it, but why should they).
Also: not every major smartphone company in Europe is using the "same open system", Apple is very much here as well.
I can only speak for myself: In my circle, 99% of people are on WhatsApp with a handful on Signal. I have never come across the issue where I didn’t know how to contact someone. There’s badges and notifications, using multiple apps has been a solved problem on smartphones for 10 years.
It would be slightly nicer to have everything in one app, but it’s a non-issue for me at least.
Seems really well received so far.
I’ve only played through the tutorial, so I can’t say much about the game itself yet, but the performance could definitely be better. It’s using ASP, which makes object interaction feel slightly off. Not a deal breaker, but still. Vampire Justice is doing the same and it feels very similar. That’s on Q3 btw, not sure how that runs on Q2.
If only I could refund it on PSVR. Really annoying, it’s really nice being able to test everything on Quest and Steam.
That’s fair, I didn’t realize it was an exclusive
I was going to say Opera Mini. But maybe try some safari ad blocker extensions, could speed things up. Not sure if it helps.
