It's possible to install lsp for a language and then export all .local and .config neovim folder to use it as portable install in another closed env?

As title, I'v installed mini.comment plugin, but when I type gc for commenting a line nothing happen. How can I know what's wrong without disable every other extension or proceding incrementaly from scratch? (don't want to intterrupt my workflow) Thanks

I mostly use Webapps (https://f-droid.org/en/packages/com.tobykurien.webapps/) for access to socials and have quick links to services where I don't want to login every time. Don't know if there's an alternative way to do this beside use apps like Insular or other App Isolation like, don't even know why browser don't do this by create profiles or container. I mean apps are just web container most of the time, and I know the reason why service provider want let you just use their app, but what's the browser excuse? What's your approach to this considering that Webapps application is outdated?

Already tried to enable easylist of my country in adblock settings but every time I search on google (through ddg) it appears...I think I'v done something on bromite in the past to let it disappear but don't remember the process. Thanks

The example below is not working (error is given when neovim is opened not recognising $env_var) how can I let him recognise the env_var?
