I wonder if the people having this issue are using chrome. On FF it has never been an issue for me.

I really would like to take over the hacking community here. The current and only mod has been inactive for a while.

I'm a big fan of Darknet Diaries and Smashing Security. I'm all the way caught up on them though so I'm wondering if there are any others out there I'm missing out on?

If this post gets a decent number of comments I'll create a list here of every podcast recommended.

Still don't require paying a living wage either. So yeah, that tracks.

This is blowing up on YouTube right now. Probably because of how true it is.

It's looking like Linus should have taken that $100 million offer he got and left when he had the chance.

If your phone is unlocked then this feature is free already.

I've always wondered if Linus was a normal guy or if he's like Ellen behind the scenes.

As someone who only ever browsed all, I see no difference.

This seems so ridiculous. I'm coming from a privacy perspective. I'm using a number of extensions that block as many trackers as possible. Now I may have to give that up just so someone can "attest" to my identity. I'll have to forgo my privacy, otherwise I can't use the web.

Alright, thanks. I'll look around. I don't have a problem with it if that's why they chose ml, I just want to know for sure before I told anyone that. Some people get up in arms about socialism.

SSRF help ? (lemmy.ml)

Anybody know any good resources to learn about SSRF ? More than just a library of requests to have burp try. Id like to get a better understanding of crafting my own SSRFs.

I'm sick of people acting like they're superior and only they deserve the Internet because they think they're intelligent. The "brainless masses" have just as much right to use the internet as you do. Stop trying to gatekeep the Internet.

No, it's mastodon but centralized. It takes all the difficulty out of signing up for the fediverse, like finding a server. I said it from day 1 on mastodon. We will never see mass adoption until there's a simple sign up process. People like centralized because it's easier.

Only 1 user currently and it's been months since his last post. With the current Reddit migration I know a sizeable portion of the hacking community will not continue to use Reddit after the 30th. I would like to establish a new hacking community here but I need the c/hacking community to do so.
