Still trying to rectify the illegal immigrant thing in my own mind, have to chalk it up to Elon being misinformed about the data I guess, because that made an unfortunate amount of sense.
He was (awkwardly) trying to point out Elon's hypocrisy. The US has a strong existing structural political bias towards red states, who (on average) get significantly more funding and representation per person than blue states.
If Elon was truly concerned with "unfair allocation of funds" and "unfair representation in congress", you would expect him to be upset with gerrymandering, the electoral college and other things in addition to undocumented immigration. The fact that he only speaks up when it involved majority nonwhite refugees is telling.
That said, I agree it fell flat. Also letting him claim that the "great replacement theory" is actually just about census-related funding is like saying the civil war was about states' rights.
It's not just a good speech for Biden, this is the best SOTU I've ever heard.
I have a feeling Reddit users are much less likely to click an ad than a Facebook, Twitter or Google user.
I believe that is why they have been dumbing down the site and encouraging low effort stuff like memes and tiktok reposts.
I don't think it's a coincidence that "this line" became normal at the same time the GOP has been enacting antidemocratic legislation and putting forward antidemocratic candidates.

Auto-delete partially watched episodes?

I have a few shows like the Daily Show I'll sometimes watch the monologue but not the full episode.
Plex has a setting to "Keep unwatched episodes" which will delete never-watched episodes, and another to "delete X days after viewing" for fully-watched episodes. But if an episode is partially watched, neither applies and it just sits there.
This seems like a weird oversight and I am wondering if there's a setting I'm missing. I can't be the first person who wants "delete 7 days after adding regardless of anything else"

This is the truth man, I will even buy games on Steam that I've pirated in the past with no intention of playing them again. We all largely stopped pirating movies and TV for almost a decade when the streaming experience was superior.
If there was a steam like service for movies and tv and music that worked on all my platforms I would pay for it just like I paid for a home server running the *arrs.

This is actually a good sign that Google is taking steps to fix their broken search engine. All it seems to deliver anymore as SEO-optimized crap "blogs" with affiliate links. Linking to Reddit without the user having to include "reddit" in the search is a sign they're actually trying to deliver good results again.
