These photos could speak a thousand words… We were ordinary people, each with our work, our home, our memories… and suddenly everything turned into ashes. Now we cook on fire and stones after our homes were once filled with warmth and life.

Today we sit on the rubble, between waiting and hope… and we have nothing but your kind hearts, that can bring back a piece of our life.

I swear, my dear, when I saw your post and how you helped share it on my behalf, I burst into tears. You taught me what humanity and compassion truly mean. You are the most beautiful friends, may God always keep you safe, my beloved ones. I managed to connect to the internet with great difficulty, very, very late at night, because of the heavy pressure on the network. Please, don’t forget me in this matter during my absence.
