If these are the only satellites monitoring greenhouse gases the ESA should offer to buy control of the satellites from the US. That would keep them operating and might actually be appealing to trump.

Sabotage seems noncontroversial to me, go ahead.

Taps forehead* No one can be living "on the streets" if we tear up all of the streets.

No only are they removing their own benches but when community members have tried to install new benches the city removes them.

And be stronger as a result.

We're training in the hyperbolic time chamber.

Vs? Nah, anarchism + communalism. They are very compatible. You can have local organizations structured on anarchist principles that facilitate the flow of resources in commonalist ways. Tool Libraries, Housing Cooperatives, Community Cafeterias, worker collectives, etc.

How am I supposed to train my neural network (my own brain) to be a filmmaker if I have to pay for each piece of media I train on (watch)?

I agree that we can support everyone on earth if we change our social, economic, and political systems.

I also think it is good that voluntary population decline is already happening and seems likely to continue in many industrialized nations.

I was worried that this could make bitcoin seem useful but other people in here are explaining why bitcoin would still be an awful solution for this.

So... are we going back to cash and checks? Will people need to mail envelopes of cash to furry vore artists?

Compass is an opensource handheld CNC router that you can build from a kit for less than a third the price of industry equivalent, the shaper origin. While this may not be directly solar punk I think the fact that is opensource makes it related. Also, it can enable people to build structures and furniture more easily with plans shared online. I envision making beautiful benches for bus stops and community gardens around my city.
