You could add a printed ad with adhesive tape to the front door of your fridge to have a similar experience like all those "smart" things...

In the past, the typical example for a "smart device" was a refrigerator, that would automatically buy milk online once it's empty, but I'm not sure if that really works (or makes any sense). But at least you can now see ads together with weather and news on your refrigerator door.

Kirk is about to become a MAGA-Martyr, so any comment about his death is a sacrilege to them.

Anyone surprised that Trump makes statements based on a complete lack of evidence? He will surely use it for propaganda and whatever else is yet to come…

Although I feel sorry for you and your situation, I honestly wonder, how someone can jerk off in the office...

Depending on your setup, you will always have an offline copy, too.

I have been looking in settings, but somehow I can’t find a setting to show link previews for URLs instructions instead of just a copy of the title with a frame around it.

If that is not a feature yet, I would like to request it. All other Lemmy apps I am currently testing show link preview, so the Liftoff timeline looks kinda weird.

Other than that I really like the clean UI design!
