FWIW i use myQ locally with no issues. I use the myq “homekit bridge” to integrate with home assistant locally.

I really enjoy having my lights color temperature change with the time of day. Makes working in the basement a tad more enjoyable.

The way people get to net zero is stupid accounting tricks. I burned a whole bunch of coal, but i paid a buddy of mine to plant trees. So now Im celebrating net zero with my buddy in his brand new tesla roadster. Who knew planting trees was so lucrative.

That and seeing corporate real estate tanking. Its in the best interest of anyone who owns an office space to encourage return to work to try to help prop up the market long enough to exit.
