Yep, mine still lasts 2 days if I push it, though Ive been plonking it on its puck every morning while I get up since I got it at launch, its only ever dropped below 20% a handful of times. Sure ive been charging it more than most, but it doesnt do full battery cycles per charge so its lasted longer

Control + shift + down arrow key I think, it was the peak of comedy in our secondary school IT classes.

Light No Fire looks incredible, while I trust Hello Games have learned not to overhype their game too hard. I'm going to remain rationally optimistic. I do very much want this to be an incredible game, but ive been stung by the hypetrain too much to know to never be excited by a trailer.

What are your thoughts on Hello Game's new game? Are you excited? Concerned?

Olan Rogers, the creator of much loved Final Space, has uploaded a pilot to a (possibly) new series, with what looks like references to Final Space carefully sprinkled in to avoid WB's wraith, Final Space was taken too soon from us

I'm writing this on a Fairphone 5 right now, the hardware is great, the only slight issue is the USB C Port is a little looser than I would like, not enough for a problem, alas.

The main issue currently is the software, there's a few well known bugs that cause annoyances that the Fairphone forum widely know about, one of which requires you to hold the power button down and force restart the phone. I am confident that the developers and customer support are aware of these bugs and are working to fix them.

Overall I'm happy with it, £700 isn't too bad for a phone that I'm going to try to keep for the whole 8 to 10 years that have promised security patches. Sure its doesn't have flagship specs, but no day to day tasks for me require that power.

An incredibly funny video, I was creasing the whole video. Hope they do it again.

A group of very clever people have recreated a couple of old tunes from the Super Mario 64 OST, using exactly the same samples and soundfonts from the original N64, if it wasn't for the Nintendo 64's limitations, this is what the credits roll soundtrack would have sounded like, there's a uncompressed download in the description, highly recommend some quality headphones to be used. Brought me to tears.

I still see the dislikes on Revanced and Libretube. Might just be a UI change on desktop.

Hey everyone, just a little announcement across the 3 communities I moderate, when it comes to sharing other peoples work, like fanart, cosplay or anything of the such. Its mandatory, and frankly well renowned to credit the persons work.

Henceforth any artwork or photography should be properly labeled with credit in the post, preferably with the creators name/username and a link to the post and/or to their profile on whatever platform it comes from. If its your artwork, do also make that clear in your post.

I also encourage anyone to reverse image search images posted. Of course will, but the more people we have sloughing posts, the more likely we are to find artists to properly credit them.

Art, in any form, is made to be shown. While I will by default allow anyones art pieces to be shared here, it is important to respect the owner decision, they have the right to withdraw any piece of work hosted by anyone other then themselves, if they ether have a 'do not repost' clause on their profile or post or they request a post be removed, it is critical we follow their rules.

Thank you for time

Said this in a similar post, but the legislation doesnt prevent companies serializing their components, tying them to the software. Preventing completely independent repairs.

Out of curiosity, will that atrocious "this device may not be supported" box FINALLY be dead? I haven't used an Apple device for a long time, but that was one of my biggest pet peeve.

I hope Madison is in a good, safe work environment now. The few episodes she was in were amazing, such a likeable, funny person. Stay safe out there.

The concern with Session is that theyre based in Australia, a country that is in the 5 eyes, and their government passed a bill forces companies to provide a backdoor when ordered to, the company cannot deny to create this, and they can't declose that they got ordered to ether. [A great video talking about said bill] While the Session devs say their services are resilient to these threats, [see their FAQ] it's best to remain cautious.
