No one outside your union can tell you specifically how or why they bargained a certain way. You should get involved more with your union and ask them these questions instead of posting here. Every union is different and they're obligated to explain these things to any member who asks. If any of it discourages you, then it is up to you to educate other members on why you think that's wrong and help get them organized for the next round of bargaining. A union is only as good as its active members.

If your Canadian union isn't working for you and the above doesn't help, then you file a DFR report with the labour board. Even mentioning DFR (duty of fair representation) should get you service if the union is being adversarial.

The mask is just there to hide that we're a vassal state of the USA.

I haven't gagged this hard at a picture on the internet since my last look at the original rotten.com over 20 years ago. Good job OP!

This is why my wife and I got matching tattoos. I have a tattoo of her butt on my butt and she has mine on hers. Its cute to us but big enough that it would be very off putting to others if either of us tried to cheat. It also cost pretty much nothing because she's a tattoo artist.

I highly recommend anyone looking to marry to work with their partner to find your own personalized symbol. It will cost less and bring you closer together.

The game has been out for only a few days. Many of us are learning the hard way why its bad. Because as I stated above, if you take out the sleazy greed mechanics and add a few bug fixes, the game is perfect. I was around 20 hours in when I realized the stupidity with saves and the expansive greed. Up until then, I would've told you its easily 2024 GOTY. It looks good, runs well on my ps5, the combat is both fun and diverse, the map is huge with very little empty space, the story is well written, and the pawn system is a creative way of making you feel like you're playing with others despite the game being single player.

Imagine if Baldurs Gate 3 was a free to play game rife with microtransactions, but it was built in such a way that it wasn't obvious until the second act. That's Dragons Dogma 2. Somewhere in that code is a real masterpiece of gaming, its just been killed by greed.

When loading the game you only get to choose between your last save which is constantly autosaved over and the autosave it takes when you use an inn. Using an inn is expensive and inferior to camping which gives major buffs and costs nothing. So basically you have to spend a decent portion of your game currency as the only way to have a reliable save point the game won't randomly overwrite.

Only one character per account too so don't even think about experimenting. Unless of course you don't mind paying real money to stock up on items that undo the consequences of experimenting.

The fun part of the bird name is sometimes hidden in latin. My favourite example is scientific name for the American Robin, Turdus Migratorius.

This is because the best kitties choose the best humans for them. Mine jumped out of a dumpster into my arms instead of a ceiling.

Low understanding is an understatement. I have heard too many neighbours refer to it as a trucker strike and state they actually came close to deposing Trudeau because that's what facebook told them. I hope I've convinced a few of them to start getting their news from actual journalists, but I'm not very confident.

Swimming, cooking, and self defense are the big ones I always bring up. All three will likely be really useful throughout your life.

You may not feel the need to learn to defend yourself depending on how safe your area is, but I still think its more important than people realize. Learning the physical skills as well as deescalation techniques taught in martial arts can easily save your life as well as others.

This simply isn't true at all and I have no idea why you would even make that up. Pine is the most diverse family of conifers with over 800 different species, many of which are used in a variety of cuisine and teas. I've been chewing on white pine needles all my life as they're known to be rich in vitamins and help reduce dehydration.

Then there's the fact that almost all species of pine produce edible nuts. The species that produce the largest nuts are cultivated for commercial sale which is why you can find pine nuts in high end grocery stores and fine cuisine.
