You do realise that many people (significantly more since covid in fact) are on benefits because we can't work, right? And it's those benefits (disability, employment support) that are getting the worst cuts.

So you're not technically wrong, but your solution also doesn't help those of us most targeted.

Oh, and if you were serious about using it, I'm sure it's fine, but credit goes to @ellewoodscore, not me!

No, you bootlickers can repeat the same bullshit party lines and shove your heads up your ass as far as you please to maintain your personal comfort and shield yourself from reality (and from those actually responsible for and who benefit from fascism, which you miraculously never confront or even hold accountable, and are freely willing to ~~compromise with~~ give in to), but that doesn't change it - participating in an oppressive system, and voting for one of either oppressive parties designated to you by those benefiting from that system to placate you with an illusion of choice is literally the opposite of protesting said system (E: never even mind that the idea that you can vote fascism away is beyond ignorant and laughable in its own right, it's demonstrably wrong)

TL;DR: your vote didn't protest shit, it was manufactured consent for the status quo, get off your fucking high horse

Seriously, could we not?

ABLEISM - THIS IS THE WEAPON OF THE ENEMYWE DO NOT NEED IT. WE WILL NOT USE IT.

So... Don't protest* evil. Got it. 🙄

(*on a more serious note, you having a narrow and wilfully ignorant view of what protesting actually means doesn't change the fact that not protesting evil makes you complicit with it)

Without fucking fail.

And all with an overinflated and unearned sense of self righteousness to replace the deep sense of irony, and shame, they should be feeling.

There is, to those whose strategy is to give themselves a pat on the back for doing the barest of bare minimum and successfully maintaining the status quo, rather than doing anything actually useful to oppose fascism (or the capitalism that will always decay in to it), or in the words of MLK himself those "more devoted to "order" than to justice; who prefers a negative peace which is the absence of tension to a positive peace which is the presence of justice" - it gives them a dopamine hit and an ego boost so potent they seem able to ride on the smell of their own farts for 4 years at a time while doing fuck all else to change society for the better (for anyone but themselves, that is) because they've already "done their part", and is seemingly all they need to convince themsleves they're the brave hero-saviours of humanity, rather than the enablers of fascism they actually are.

It's precisely why the second cult exists - to provide an illusion of choice (E: and of impact), and make "the left" (I can't even type that without cracking up, but part of the cult is being convinced they are "the left") feel like they're fighting the establishment, when in reality, they're holding it up just as much as the other cult is, some might argue, even more, because they'll turn on those actually opposing fascism long before they'll dare be rude to fascists.

Critics argue that the agency’s work with a lobbying group is a conflict of interest.

Then these critics don't understand the relationship between state and capitalism, because it is in fact serves both parties interests quite well, by design.

The state doesn't exist for the benefit of society.
