Edit: also Cuba's Prensa Latina has an English language site but it seems to be broken? The main spanish language site works but the English language one doesn't :/

People have pointed out that Oman (unlike Iran) has signed onto the UN law of the sea and so could be sued for charging tolls, but then again I think if Iran comes away with a decisive victory then Oman would probably just withdraw from the UN treaty and start collecting those sweet sweet tolls.
