This is information suppression and narrative control. On top of algorithms influencing what results you see, you'll now have a chatbot that can be even more strongly biased behind the scenes. Wouldn't expect any better from Google / Silicon Valley. I'm sure the USA's Heritage Foundation and Federalist Society are salivating at the thought.

They said "a pair" so I'm dropping that for the Illinois folks.
I'd presume most tech-savvy people don't have a smart TV, Windows 11 with copilot, a "smart" home system, or refrigerator with AI integrated.

Okay this is great that she's free and all, but can we stop for a second and think about what happened here? A woman was grabbed off the street, beaten and brutalized (I've seen the arrest footage), and ripped out of her life, while being 100% peaceful and obedient.
I'm so sick of the one-sided violence, while we're told to obey and be peaceful and whatever else.

Yeah I support this guy's use. Really, it's the system that is the problem; not the individual politicians. Besides, the President of the USA has done far worse.

OFC I fully defend Brazilians or anyone profiled by ICE being "not quiet and submissive". I just want to clarify that because the wording of your comment made me think of how people of color in social and workplace events are more often branded with negative terms than white male counterparts.

I really hope fear of a terrorist attack shuts the event down. Not an actual terrorist attack—I don't want ordinary civilians to die—but if Iran purposely "leaks" plans to bomb the stadium to the media, I hope that might wreck the World Cup attendance; or even better, get teams to pull out.
