The law doesn't matter unless the president says it does. We can disagree but it doesn't matter until he is removed.

EOs are far more powerful because they trigger actual action by federal agencies.

It may not be how we learned it in Social Studies, but this is the streets.

The Big Wheel used to give me mild anxiety as I kept imagining different ways to die spinning. Like your hand gets stuck or whatever. Final Destination type stuff.

Yes, it's a rule likely based on amount and likelihood to recoup. There's no incentive to go after people who know how to cheat the system. You gotta go after the folks who don't know how to fight back.
