That's the funny thing about echoes: they tend to distort whatever is being said. Perfect for not letting pesky little things like reality get between you and what you want to hear.

Homie, you can't even convince me to call it "AI." It's an LLM, an algorithm that pumps out letters in the order that we've taught it to calculate to be most desirable.

Inevitable "well, ackshually": yes, I know there are a lot of legitimate non-LLM models out there, but that's not what the colloquial conversations are talking about, and importantly not what Trump is talking about, as he has no idea what he is talking about.

I'm surprised his promotion took this long. CEOs who are willing to threaten to have their employees killed usually fail upward a little faster.

Well, on the bright side, his face remains extremely punchable.

Are these Liberals in the room with us right now?

You can make any argument you want when you imagine words to mean whatever you need them to mean.

Literally no one above you conflated anarchists and marxists with tankies.

Imagine playing victim about something no one said. The very definition of "strawman."

As a teacher, I can't agree enough. I'm really tired of being handed slop from my coworkers, and then having to weigh the social implications of explaining to them how I know it is slop and why this particular case of slop is bad. The amount of energy I have to spend deconstructing their use of AI, and then translating and validating that deconstruction to them, doesn't match the effortlessness with which they pump out more slop and leave me frustrated that I have to do this every time.

Just ban it from use in elementary and secondary schools, please.

A friend of mine pointed out that, thanks to the Ninja Turtles Set and some quantity of Marvel superhero slop, the most represented plane in whatever standard season it was was New York City.

Thanks, Wizards.
