Real talk,
1.) USemissions laws state that cars have much stricter emissions standards than SUVs and pick up trucks. Manufacturers have made the pickup truck more attractive to buyers for this reason.
2.) its easy to upsell a lot of Americans on a pickup truck because a lot of Americans want to do DIY handiwork or can be sold on the virtues of the safety of a pickup truck in the result of a crash... people driving the most dangerous vehicles are ironically the most fearful of the road.
3.) Design in other vehicle classes has stagnated. Every year I see more cars only available in Europe that I'd love to have, but can't.
4.) They last longer, so they stay on the road longer too.
5.) Renting cars and trucks is generally annoying. Getting large items shipped is becoming more expensive.

If you say you'd pay for a search engine. Oof. Guys we used to just link useful things at the end of our blog posts and on our myspace pages. Then search engines came in and we didn't have to. Then they killed the SEO placement of blogs. Now you can't find anything useful unless you try their AI. The whole business model is convincing us we need them while they make the internet less efficient to scroll through.
I bought an Optiplex 3080 SFF and bought upgrade parts for it but now it isn't running and I don't have enough troubleshooting skills to tell if the MOBO is dead or if the power button is dead. 😅
I can potentially shoot the ebay seller message to beg for product support.
I had it running with upgrade parts in for about 10 seconds and I held the power button to force it off. I assume I had it running once or twice before then, with the original configuration, too. It ran immediately after the "releasing extra power" trick where you unplug it and take out the CMOS battery and then hold the power button for ~15 seconds. Then put it back the way it was and close the case.
CMOS battery replacement? I have never done motherboard troubleshooting.
UPDATE: Edit: Yes it was simply the CMOS Battery. Popped a new 3V 2032 in there and the thing is running just fine with the original hardware.
Second Update: I contacted the eBay seller and they had notes for me about how to troubleshoot it that were identical to that of this community. The seller was insanely helpful, as were the comments I received here!

Looked up a recipe and it seems pretty easy to make non-raw edible cookie dough. Cook the flour in the microwave, and then substitute out the eggs with extra butter and milk.
