If all you need is something to draw on, get a wacom tablet and hook it up to a laptop. Wacom drivers are in the linux kernel.

In college I've been taking notes on a screenless drawing tablet, its not too bad taking out a laptop and plugging it in. It doesn't take up much space on my desk if I put the tablet on my keyboard.

Alternatively, you may also be able to get a microsoft surface laptop working on linux

Yeah I have it in termux. Ollama is in the package repos for termux. The speed it generates does feel like cpu speed but idk

You can use it in termux

Huh I guess that doesn't happen anymore, because I was at a mall the other day and some guy was trying to convince me to buy a bootleg console with like 9000 games

Chromebooks these days have locked down modes for tests where you can only acess the test and maybe desmos, I think newer AP tests are done this way at the highschool I went to.

I'm willing to bet that most games that use mouse mode will have to use the face buttons and control stick on the mouse con. Metroid prime 4 apparently does this. So its not replacable with a standard mouse.

I think the joy con can also sense rotation of the mouse which is used in mario party and probably never again like the ir sensor from switch 1 joycons. I guess a hypothetical 3d mario maker could let you rotate blocks with it, but that could be done in many other ways.

Uhh if they cared about that they wouldn't be using a meta owned headset in the first place. Palmer luckey sold oculus to facebook a decade ago

This seems to be Varjo's response to the Apple Vision Pro. Its significantly cheaper than the last headset, the Varjo XR-3, going from $5,495 to $3990 and also removing the $1000 yearly subscription. Here's a reminder that Apple initially developed much of their software for the Apple Vision Pro using Varjo's XR-3's and the Apple Vision Pro was going to undercut the XR-3 at a price of $3,500.

It's also exciting that the new XR-4 is going to be allowed for individuals to purchase, instead of just locked to companies.

I keep getting notifications that

bash --login

is a command that has completed from gnome. Is this bad?

I'm not the one running these commands btw.
