No. You make it so that they cannot hold single family dwellings period unless for the purpose of listing and selling them to non-corporate individuals.

Lately I'm seeing this more and more where posts have comments that will refuse to load. It seems like the issue is getting progressively worse. Right now, I'm using the Alexandrite front end but the default has the same issue where comments don't load.

Shows his desperation. Adapt or die.

It does not. There are no clauses in the Constitution that allows a state to secede. Even if they did, that lack of federal funds and citizen exodus will kill the state.

In addition to giving streamers more control, this beta paves the way for future improvements such as new codec support, and experimenting with HEVC and AV1. AV1 is the next generation of video encoding technology — 40% more efficient than the current AVC standard — and it will improve visual quality, and reduce bandwidth.

Using dishonest tactics to claw away market share won't work with gamers. Steam got to where it is by good will, good prices and good features.

Moving it to WebView just makes it a Trojan horse for the rest of the web.

I remember at one point that Amazon was amazing. Now days it's a crapshoot on product quality and delivery time.

Threads did the same thing. Explosive growth followed by silence. Social media grows over time. It's not a constant gigantic upward slope.

It's not a conspiracy or some grand revelation.

They didn't need it before. Much of America didn't either. A lot of old wood houses had designs built for airflow and trees surrounding the houses. Those that didn't got old attic fans that would pull air from the bottom of the house to the top and out of vents.

These days, insulation and HVAC exists and Americans jumped at the chance to have year round temperature control. Heat pumps now have the best efficiency for cooling and heating year round and can replace most options. Almost everyone will need this option as global warming barrell out of control.

Groceries and gas is still inflated. Services are steadily raising rates and some people are still not being paid a living wage.
