Ich würde mich in deiner Situation vermutlich an einem Anwalt wenden, der sich mit US-Recht auskennt, um die Fragen zu klären und das weitere Vorgehen zu besprechen.

Sich ohne rechtliche Absicherung an die IRS zu wenden, würde ich glaub ich nicht riskieren.

I really really love the Enterprise costumes. They communicate the early stage of human space travel so well, by being so close to NASA's gear. In comparison to the 80ies/90ies Series they also look so down to earth and vintage.

Ich habe mich über die Jahre bei iOS und Android ausprobiert, und beide Systeme haben ihre Stärken, aber im Endeffekt vertraue ich weder Apple und schon gar nicht Google, dass irgendwas, was ich auf dem Ding tue, nicht bei denen in irgend einer Weise ankommt. Daher hab ich mir einen Aluhut aufgesetzt und GrapheneOS probiert. Ich hoffe ich erkläre das jetzt richtig: das ist eine Custom Android Distro bei der sofern möglich alle Hintergrunddienste von Googel entfernt wurden und auf Privatsphäre und Sicherheit ausgelegt ist. Ich werde nicht lügen: Die ersten Tage waren echt frustrierend, da es zugegeben gar nicht so leicht ist Apps zu finden, die ohne Google Play Services klarkommen. Aber das hab ich mir selbst auferlegt, nicht, dass jemand denkt, das Apps mit Dependency für Google Play Dienste nicht zu installieren wären. Also, wenn ihr auch mehr Privatsphäre auf dem Handy haben wollt, oder einfach mehr Kontrolle: GrapheneOS könnte was für euch sein. Achtet aber darauf, dass das System nicht mit allen Gängigen Smartphones kompatibel ist.

What should drive a discussion about digital media are the following questions:

• Why are young people and children especially drawn to digital devices?
• How does peer pressure affect parents' choices when buying a mobile device for their kids? (e.g.: children being bullied in schools for not owning a smartphone)
• Why are people becoming addicted to digital technology?
• Which design choices are developers making to make software addicting? How can we stop that from happening?
• How can an addicted person be supported? ... and probably many more that I can't think of right now

The policy doesn't address any of these. Worst case scenario it communitcates to addicted people that their behaviour is unacceptable, creating an unneccessary additional burden.
