Its the culture war mentality.

"Our idea would work, if the damn Wokes didn't stop us all from having guns at all times!"

Its always the reason why 'their ideas don't work'; cause their opponents aren't 'letting them'

Huh, that first one feels more like Schizoid personality disorder. My impression is that, while autistic people can struggle to make and keep friends, they do generally still want to have the same amount of friends as an allistic person.

Those do usually need a fridge and sink though. Not sure if it's a code requirement, but all the ones I've seen had that.

Might be why the call it a 'wellness room', instead of a mothers room; doesn't meet the legal requirements.

yeah, technically the CGA palette is 16 colors, with only 4 being able to be used at any one time. Many systems only had 4 sets of 4 colors allowed; the white-cyan-pink-black, yellow-green-red-black, and a darker version of those 2.

CGA could have looked much better, but its the nature of all these systems that compatibility of the colorschemes was poor, so a lot of CGA just fell into the 'lowest common denominator' of the default palette, the one I used.

I'm not gonna dunk on stuff others likezbut personally, Sekiro's really been the only samurai/shinobi game I've liked.

I don't care for it. It does some interesting things, in base building. But having played it a lot mostly because my friend group likes it, it's very janky. It does not feel close to 1.0. And, while there's some fun to be had, everything outside the horde nights just feels like busywork in a way I didn't feel with Valheim or Grounded.

You're welcome to it then. Quorn is fine, and I do like diversifying food sources; mycoprotein is good.

But tbh, I like soy because its pretty lightly processed. Tofu can be made at home easily, with nothing beyond tools, water, and vinegar. And if you don't like tofu, that's fine, but its my 'meat' of choice.

Seitan is my second favorite, and again, its pretty easy to make at home; only water and flour is needed.

I do eat quorn sometimes, but not often. And while mycoprotein is cool as a meat substitute, I feel like just eating mushrooms is a better choice for most dishes.

That is what I think the owner is doing here. Scamming venture capital firms for a tech that cannot work.

And I mean, its not like I have any proof. I can't read minds; maybe he is a true believer.

But this company feels like those companies back in the 80s that sold tickets to mars, for the rockets they were 'just about to build'; a scam.

This isn't a research firm. This isn't trying to find the exact settings and layouts to make fusion possible. If the article can be taken at face value, this is a company to make a commercial fusion plant. And I find that, in 2023, patently absurd.

Why did god create a dual universe? So he might say, "Be not like me. I am alone." And it might be heard.

I think it should just crib notes from PF2e; make it a bonus action, and also a 1st level spell. Though, they should also rewrite the confusing 'no slotted bonus action spell with non-bonus action slotted spell' bandaid too.

I think the more important balancing is just 'making battlemaster maneuvers resourceless and available to all classes'.

But I'm not against 'limit break' as a short rest 'charge' available to most martials.

TBH, the above is basically the way PF2e handles martials; at least half of their class feats are more or less 'resourceless maneuvers', and many martials have access to 'focus spells', which are basically just short rest charges for exclusive class features, that just happen to mechanically be considered spells (though, notably, PF2e doesn't give fighter focus spells, making them nearly 100% at-will).

Personally, I think the most important fix to the martial-caster imbalance is to nerf casters, who just are too strong, but A) that's basically what PF2e already did, and its largely complained about (though I love it). And B) Its not strictly necessary, if you buff Martials by a large margin (though, imo, that starts to get into like, demigod territory that I don't love).

For sure. Like a lot of 'social stuff', context matters a lot.

Groups are different too; a table full of engaged RP-heavy characters can work, but put one of those players in a more quiet group, and suddenly, they can talk over everyone and be a 'problem player' (or vice versa; quiet player an a very social group).
