I mean sure I agree, but this conversation isn't "just" about the Adjuster. The admins in the last site wide struggle session claimed they want to move the culture away from shitposting, but the problem is that the democratic centralism that the site runs on effectively binds the culture and makes the only "safe" outlet shitposting.

Anyone who's been in leftist spaces esp. online for a long time has seen this kinda shit. It's why we're talking about this like we're gonna get banned for it. It also shows the reactionary tendencies that under gird this site, that's the problem with democratic centralism in practice, you don't really get to ask why, like Amazon you disagree and commit.

Which ever idiot publication wrote this didn't call the absolute moron ghoul for constructing a strawman where a doctor recommended giving cancer treatments to a child with seizures. That 100% did not happen.

If that did happen, then why didn't your insurance company file complaints with the AMA, FSMB, and The Joint Commision for a charlatan that's trying to take this kid and your money for a ride and has likely been successful a couple of times?

It's so incredibly easy to lie.

South Korea is an even deeper oligarchy than the US. All Yoon has to do is secure the majority of that oligarchy's opinion and they will essentially enforce the political line through the chaebols (family owned megacorps) they control. Chaebols have immense power over normal people because they're effectively the only way to be upper-middle/middle class in Korea. Chaebol employment practices are obscene to the point where you can be not hired/fired for being ugly which is why SK has such a high rate of plastic surgery.

There's a real play here. The jury is still out if it's "enough". You can't really "vote away" martial law in SK, in the same way you cannot legislate the President to be ethical in the US. Most of the real politics of capitalist societies don't happen in senate chambers, they happen in backrooms.

Edit: and it looks like the coup fell apart

Depends on what you define left, but if it's left of the DNC and corporate media than he's one of the biggest no doubt about it.

Progressives just need to start lying.

What do you mean "start"? They already have been.
