I guess there's a overlap between plays War Thunder and Willing to disseminate military secrets that we really should be taking advantage of
this website really needs to up its game

I've gotta imagine that this is intentional by now on the part of the developers of this game.
It's not difficult to stop people sharing this content, you could simply block uploads and external URLs on the forum.
They don't do this because they like that this provides publicity for their game. It is excellent marketing.
These people would just paste the part of the manual that proves their pet tank/ship/plane is the bestest ever.

I genuinely believe this is an op to trick foreign states into believing the Typhoon DA7 is worse than it actually is with the fake manual
