Hi there! Looks like you linked to a Lemmy community using a URL instead of its name, which doesn't work well for people on different instances. Try fixing it like this: !lunar@lemmy.world

Scrolling is quite smooth and it looks good at a first glance. Here’s some feedback:

  • app icon tab in settings crashes
  • can’t login to Lemm.ee
  • the feed feels very sparse, I think decreasing the horizontal padding as well as the vertical padding could help, not sure how that looks like though. I‘d try half of the horizontal padding and 1/3 or 1/4 of the vertical one
  • seeing what feed I’m currently scrolling would be nice

Thanks for the detailed feedback. I’ve just submitted 0.8.75 which will address points 1,2 and 4. Will add in a compact mode soon in the future!

Thanks :) Where can I see the current feed? I was expecting it in the navigation bar

[-] mani@lemmy.world 2 points 1 year ago

I think version 0.8.75 only just got approved, so you should be able to see it after updating

[-] fer0n@lemm.ee 1 points 1 year ago

Ah, I thought that was already supposed to be out. It’s there now :)

Great news, especially the Kbin support

Looks good! But confirming that selecting app icon crashes the app. Can’t login also

Thanks everyone for the great feedback, I've added issues on the github and will be working on them soon. https://github.com/mani-sh-reddy/Lunar/issues

Looks good at first glance.

I am testing login with 2FA but it doesn’t appear to be supported yet.

I’ll keep browsing anonymously for now.

I couldn’t login to my reddthat instance and I get no error message to tell me why. Just a haptic response and red lock icon. Verified I’m entering correct credentials.

Doesn’t seem to work with custom instances yet, I couldn’t login with sh.itjust.works either.

Is there a version for Android?

[-] mani@lemmy.world 2 points 1 year ago

Unfortunately I do not have plans to bring it to android as it's written in swift

[-] Very_Bad_Janet@kbin.social 3 points 1 year ago

Thanks for replying.
