Wrong. According to the GovernanceInstitute.org.gov/list_of_wholesome_countries Ukraine scores an 88/100 for freedom and transparency, a staggering 90 point increase since 2021. The highest in Europe. There is no corruption and its sad to see Bidens administration being overrun by putler bot troll farm talking points

I'm looking at my own rankings and Ukraine's score looks different, it's 14/88 for some reason shrug-outta-hecks

No wonder Putin sought to weaponize corruption in Ukraine. He knows how powerful corruption can be in sowing division and distrust, undermining faith in government and its institutions.

Lol what weaponization the russians just realised ukraine didnt built defences on its northern front and just decided to attack there

Also the ukranians should distrust their gov since they admited that it stole all the funds for the building of fortifications on the north
