I'm currently reading it and have found that I respect him a lot more now. Impressive to hear the grind. It was definitely surprising to hear he has dyslexia. Does anybody have another Basketball book that would help pepetuate a rabbit hole dive!?!?

Jack McCallum's books are always a good read for NBA fans.

I first knew him as a writer back in Philly, and I found him quite sharp.

Almost like a different person compared to his buffoon act as a talking head.

Check out his podcast with Podcast P. I’m not sure how the book compares but you gain a lot of respect for his career.

A few I’d recommend: The Book of Basketball - Bill Simmons, The Jordan Rules - Sam Smith, The Soul of Basketball - Ian Thomsen.
