It's obvious he doesn't want to be caught in the act of selling all the 'missing' classified docs he's still hiding

And the rest of his traitorous collaborations

So, maybe the government improperly used FISA to spy on Trump’s campaign. Safeguards should be built in to prevent this from happening in the future.

But he acts like they did that with the intent of sabotaging his campaign. It was done to ensure foreign actors weren’t impacting our election. And we didn’t even learn about the bad things that were actually happening until after the elections were over.

Or more accurately, he’s too dumb to know the difference between warrentless searches and warranted raids/wire taps.

While I agree he’s super dumb, I don’t think it’s helpful to point that out. It gives an easy out for people to forgive him.

His comments and actions are intentional and malicious.

The question is. Who told him to say that? Was it putin? Xi? Kim Jong Un? And, what do they have to gain?

doing the right thing for the exact wrong reason

I agree with Trump for like the 3rd time ever.

Weird when this happens, broken clock I guess. Why is he even against this?

In his call to “kill FISA,” Trump wrote on Truth Social, “IT WAS ILLEGALLY USED AGAINST ME, AND MANY OTHERS. THEY SPIED ON MY CAMPAIGN!!!”

Oh yeah, his campaign kept talking to Russian agents and shared campaign data with them. Also ironic that he signed this bill when he was president. For once I hope Trump's meddling in the house is successful though.

Can someone ELI5/remind me why Trump got mad about FISA? Just because of the actually legal (and completely warranted) records requests like 4 years ago?
