Very cold sauna! Should be at least twice as hot.

Not at all. Most any sauna worth the name operates at 65-70℃ at the absolute low end, and typically sits at 80-90℃ at ideal operating temperatures.
Then you go an splash an entire ladle of water over the rocks and feel the scorching heat wash over you.
Invigorating.
Okay, I see the issue, my brain confused sauna with hot tub
Nah, not that crazy.. typically a sauna here, in Sweden, is between 70 - 100 C.
I absolutely fucking hate the heat. This sounds honestly disgusting! 🤢
You should give it a try ! You will feel reborn after a long session with cold water on top !!!
But yeah, Alot of people somehow hate the heat wave of sauna. You can even break down if you go ower your own limit !
If i could I would go there twice a week :)

Literally me last night. In my brain I had to solve some complicated word/number puzzle to fall asleep but I couldn't figure it out so I tossed and turned for 6-7 hours with some little hints of sleep but 100% certified fever dream.
