I know the mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell

[–] ObviouslyNotBanana@lemmy.world 10 points 10 months ago

That's cool! If anyone knows something about anything else I'll be just as interested if not more!

[–] possiblylinux127@lemmy.zip 3 points 10 months ago

Don't ever, for any reason, do anything, to anyone, for any reason, ever, no matter what, no matter where, or who, or who you are with, or where you are going, or where you've been, ever, for any reason whatsoever.

Blue and yellow make green. I will not elaborate.

[–] ObviouslyNotBanana@lemmy.world 5 points 10 months ago

I will not elaborate.

You shouldn't have to, though I'll assume it's because you do not know more than that or have experience in any of it.

The following people could easily be confused with place names:

  • Greg Lake
  • Grace Park
  • Damon Hill
  • Jeff Bridges
  • Grant Orchard
  • Denny Lane
  • Anson Mount
  • Jimmy Cliff
  • Graeme Garden

So if you're struggling to name your Cities Skylines districts, this may or not help, depending on your sense of humour.

I hope this helps.

[–] ____@lemmy.world 4 points 10 months ago (1 children)

I've been to a place called Randall Park before, not to be confused with the actor

[–] fakeman_pretendname@feddit.uk 3 points 10 months ago

That's brilliant. Apparently he used to be a giant shopping mall in Ohio as well.

[–] Rentlar@lemmy.ca 3 points 10 months ago

Denny Lane is in my ears, and in my eyes.

The Black Knight Halberd is one of the highest damaging weapons in Darkroot Garden. Make sure you consume a humanity before trying to get it, as the Black Knight that drops it does not respawn, and you want to maximize your chances of getting it.

That I can do with a lower budget!

[–] BluesF@lemmy.world 5 points 10 months ago (1 children)

[–] Anticorp@lemmy.world 5 points 10 months ago (1 children)

I do fart sounds all day for the low price of a single can of beans.

[–] ObviouslyNotBanana@lemmy.world 5 points 10 months ago

Look at fancy pants, requiring beans to shart around the house

Toothbrushes were possibly invented in China. They were made for bones and boar hair.

If somebody tells you something scandalous about someone then says “Don’t tell them I told you that” there’s an 87% chance they’re lying and it’s a character assassination.

[–] jerrythegenius@lemmy.world 3 points 10 months ago

Australia is, in fact, real
