The thing is they don't need to stop ships specifically bound for Israel, they just have to target enough US and Israeli shipping that insurance companies refuse to cover ships passing through the strait. Financial capital unwittingly ends up enforcing 90% of the blockade.
People seem really confident in their opinions on a group they probably hadn't even heard of before like a month ago and who operate in a country thousands of miles away and speak a language few westerns speak.
If westerners didn't have the arrogance to speak on topics they know nothing about, then they would never speak at all.
