FFX-2 is something I've only seen other people play, but it looks hilarious. Like why is it Charlies Angels all of a sudden? Why are they in a jpop group now? I didn't even know they were singers!

That's not actually Yuna in the opening scene, she's in a bear costume undercover or something while the concert is going on

But also she's a j-pop singer separately from that. Like she does concerts. That's still a thing..Just not that particular concert. It also isn't explained why someone is holding a concert pretending to be her.
She's the leader of the team rocket villains of the game, they just do things like that sometimes.
She does however sing a ballad duet with the Yuna from the past?? with long hair later in the game (I don't remember the story tbh)
She tries to fix the world by arranging a pop concert. Which they agree should be hosted in the largest empty area, which is the place where everything gets struck by lightning every 2 seconds. And this creates so many good vibes that she summons a spirit from the past to sing a duet with her. Who that spirit is is a massive spoiler.

She's basically not anyone important. She's just some girl who was the girlfriend of the villain who looks like Tidus but isn't. That's sorta it.
My favorite part in FFX-2 is a scene tucked away in a creature creator stuff that suggests Shinra is trans

I've said it before that X-2 is goofy, but I'll defend it to the death. I really like the Job system they use and spent quite a long time upgrading the outfits.
