I have a fairly long commute, so naturally encounter a lot of weirdness on the road. If I had $1 for every truck I see on the way to work, I wouldn't even have to clock in anymore. But one of them stood out amongst the others.
It wasn't the truck itself, but more what was on the truck. I kid you not, it was an OnlyFans truck. Now I know what you're thinking, some guy just put OnlyFans decals on his lifted pickup.
Nuh, uh. This was a 40 ton, full container length semi-truck with a white trailer cover with big blue letters reading "OnlyFans" on the side and back. Even the Mudflaps had it spelled out.
This wasn't for a specific OnlyFans creator, just OnlyFans as a brand itself, which I'm not sure whether it makes it better or worse.
This trailer cover must've been custom made and costs a shitton of money.
I'm not sure about the persons motivation, but I definetly respect the dedication and the execution.

Driving down the interstate, saw a sedan that had its roof removed/cut off and the bow of a boat added to it lol. The windshield was from the boat. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Lol, yep pretty much my reaction as well. It was during spring break so I assume it was for a prop or to make a scene at a party but yep, my jaw was dropped driving by it. Young dude had a beanie on and sun shades living his best life rolling down the interstate at 70mph lol. Wild.

Just yesterday ther was a flatbed ~20T truck parked in the middle if his lane, with a cop car with lights all on parked in front - I couldn't notice the off hand corner. I get past, with the cop waving me through to see 1/2 a powerpole just hanging off the lines, all the HV lines still intact.

Driving in to work this morning I slow down to see what had happened. A good 50m of dual tire skid-marks (on a straight bit of road), suddenly heading off the shoulder and into the grass, clipping the (now replaced) pole, coming back on to the road, and stopping exactly where the truck from the previous day was parked.

Good job on getting the truck back on the road

Kangaroo. In Ohio. They are not indigenous to this area. Also not indigenous to this country. Or continent. Hemisphere too (north/south AND east/west!) Quite possibly, it was the farthest place a kangaroo could be from its native homeland. The nearest zoo is 50 miles away.

They are tasty. Could be a farm.

I wanna know how so many adult sneakers end up in roads.

It's from truckers. Most take their shoes off before going inside and sometimes they forget them on the stairs and drive off.

Nothing.

I live in a fairly small town, in NZ. I start work at 06:30, so quite early. My commute is only around 8 minutes.

One day this year, I saw no people are all, or cars moving, it was really disconcerting.

Usually is see a bunch of cars driving around, a few people out walking their dogs, morning runners etc...

It felt like a scene out of a movie. Truly a strange experience,

The top?

A couple on the side of road, next to their RV, taking a shower, fully naked. Start of July. Old military truck, modified. German license plate.
