I've been running this live for over 2 months now, and the index has stalled at around exactly 153. This rapid price rise back in June and July and stagnation starting around August is indicative that there is deliberate price manipulation occurring. These prices are tracked across Amazon and Newegg.

Any thoughts?

I know nothing about this, can you elaborate how this means price fixing and not just supply and demand stabilising on a new price point?

It aggregates prices from different sellers and compares them, what happens is that they make a deal where one company sells lower for a period then raises prices so another can sell lower.

But that's just my guessing

Ok.... What kind of comparison exactly and how does convert to an index? If it's just an average, then this is nothing more than convergence, which is expected in a free market.

Convergence is expected in a free market? I thought we had competition?
